I was highly influenced by "The Life Aquatic" soundtrack. It's preety obvious if you have heard the album. It's just a damn fun soundtrack. I love the brazilian (I think) interpretation of the Bowie songs. I know other sites will probably refer to them as filler and "novelty". But they are just too damn good. I think the reviewer at pitchfork actually agrees with me for once. Oh, and I manged to sneak the new Ben Lee single in there. Along with the Fiest track, I think it's my favorite song on the album. For today, anyways :)
Oh, I'm going to halifax the end of this week for 3 week course on HF Tx's. I have never been their before. Hopefully, i'll be able to catch some music while I'm there. Maybe I'll even post a couple photos from the trip.
